Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                         
NO. 40(RES) Urging the Congress to amend the Oil Pollution Act                 
of 1990 with respect to the financial responsibility requirements for          
offshore exploration and production facilities.  Without objection, it         
was so ordered.
